You can either buy artwork online or, when you find a piece of art
that you may be interested in buying or would like to receive more
information about, you can contact us by email or telephone giving
the picture title, artist or gallery name, price and reference number.

How to rent
When you find a piece of art that you may be interested
in renting or would like to receive more information about, please
contact us by email or telephone giving the picture title, artist
or gallery name, price and reference number.
Rental Agreement and Insurance
After finalising the selection,
Weiv requires the
client to provide insurance cover on the artworks. Artworks are
then placed on a contract (Rental Agreement) which is sent to the
client for confirmation and signature.
Payment
Clients are invoiced for the full period of the Agreement. Full
payment is required before delivery of artworks.
Delivery
Weiv will arrange delivery of artworks
using specialist art carriers who will invoice the client directly.
Clients are responsible for all costs associated with transport,
insurance and installing.
Expiry of Agreement & Return of Artwork
Prior to expiry of the Rental Agreement (see above),
Weiv
will contact you regarding the renewal of your Agreement or if you
prefer, a changeover of your artworks.
Weiv can
arrange for the collection of the artworks if necessary.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. We
also accept cheques drawn on Australian banks made payable to
Weiv

Guarantee
We offer a money back guarentee for all purchases when the customer
has not previously viewed the original art before delivery. If after
delivery you decide you do not wish to keep your purchase you may
return it within 14 days and you will be reimbursed for the full
value of the art, less any transport and shipping costs.

gifts or retirement. The recipient can browse the site or visit
our gallery at any time to choose art at their leisure.

Shipping
and Handling (Delivery Information)
Please note, in order to keep freight costs as
low as possible, we cannot provide real time freight/shipping
rates. After we receive your order we will contact you with the
exact freight cost. You will not be billed for freight until you
approve the freight cost. Delivery costs incurred will be from
pick-up at artist's studio to customer delivery address.
All items are securely packed in reinforced, weatherproof packaging
and are delivered by a reputable express courier. They are insured
during transit to cover loss, damage or non-delivery.
